So Guys,
Here is the Final DVD ISO direct download link for Windows 8.1 Pro VL and Enterprise both 32bit & 64bit

Before proceeding to further let me introduce some information about both version .
As you may know the Volume editions does not have the WMC [Windows Media Center] .
Both the Final DVD ISO are known as Windows 8.1 Pro Volume and Enterprise .
Only the Retail Editions contains WMC, but unfortunately in the final build (not RTM) Microsoft did not officially release any Retail Editions from their side .
